At How's Your Day Honey, our honey collection is a testament to the diverse and natural flavors of Florida. Hand-harvested from four distinct sources – orange blossoms, gallberry bushes, black mangroves, and fall wildflowers – our honey encapsulates the essence of our local flora. In addition to our pure varietal honeys, we offer an array of delightful options, including creamed honey, hot honey, and infused honeys. For those seeking an authentic experience, we offer honeycomb, cut directly from the hives and presented in jars filled with honey or as honey-laden comb. Our commitment to preserving honey's raw, unfiltered essence means it's never pasteurized; it's freshly harvested each year and bottled to deliver the purest taste of Florida's nature in every spoonful.
